Considering New Orleans is consistently ranked as one of the best restaurant cities in the US, it obviously isn’t an issue. There isn’t a restaurant in the FQ that doesn’t battle rats constantly. The only one I knew that would win was Mike.Anderson’s. They threw a few cats inside every night after closing. Was a health code violation, but it worked like a charm.
