I think I have Crohn's. Haven't been able to get it diagnosed. When I eat carbs, any carbs, my intestines feel like they swell are are sore.

Darth I understood the vitamin k restriction with Coumadin to be a consistent intake as opposed to none? Could be worth looking into.

We tired that right after I came home from the hospital. 1/2 cup of okra every Wednesday night.
Didn’t work. My INR got all screwed up.

How long has it been since you were discharged? Your levels May have needed to “get right” before trying. Not saying you should try again but wish you could eat “some” sometimes.

You and me both. I miss eating okra and greens. But as sensitive as my INR levels are (they want me between 2.5 and 3.5 with it being better for me to be closer to 3.5) the lab said it was best for me to avoid vitamin K. The problem is even a little Vitamin K makes my INR number drop really low, which for me is not good.
