Sorta, but not quite. Basically, what's going on is that technology is rapidly replacing the need for human labor. With resources being collected and processed increasingly without human input while the human population is rapidly increasing. More mouths to feed with finite resources that those mouths are no longer needed to produce.

Basically, this elite cabal is not really "poisoning" so much as "sterilizing" the masses. They are using common chemicals and medications to reduce fertility, so the rabble will have fewer children. They will sterilize more and more people until the rabble dies off and only the elite remain. Technology has made the rabble obsolete. They are now just a burden, a liability, and a nuisance, so they will be eliminated.

The Georgia Guide Stones mandate the human population be kept below 500 million. If you took the populations of the United States and the European Union combined and reduced them by a 1/3, that would give you that number.

They want a smaller population that will be easier to control and care for as robots and automation take over performing all of the actual work. This sounds like a utopia for those who survive and an apocalypse for those who don't make the list.

Yes, they did do chemtrails big time in the 1960's and 1970's. A little thing called Agent Orange all over Vietnam. My oldest brother died from it. And yes, it was used here too!
