Alright which plaintiffs attorneys are going to hammer this company and landlord into bankruptcy court?

Sounds like the property owners deserve whatever punishment is levied if Jack's statements are accurate.

Screw this company. I lived in a complex that they ran a long time ago. They were horrible.

What a heart breaking and gut wrenching story. I wonder if the state of Louisiana is going to actually file criminal charges against the management because this is gross negligence if what Jack says is true.

I'm not defending Latter & Blum, but as a management company they can only do what the owner(s) are willing to pay for.

That is true but if the owners were paying them to fully manage the property and they did not alert the owners to safety issue they could be liable. I guess it depends on what they were contracted to do. Responsibilities of a property management company can vary greatly depending on the contract.

They took the money to do a job. They failed. Everybody is going to pay on this one.

Damn, man. Don't even know what to say. Makes me want to throw up thinking that could have been my boy or anyone else's.

I'm strictly talking about their management.
