This area is roughly 4 square blocks; I would hope there are fewer incidents than in an area 20x its size.

Dude that place is not dangerous, grew up with many from that area. Worst thing that can happen to you is maybe buy a fake bag of weed. Use to play ball on that court, sure dope dealers hang there, but they are just keeping the community high

But you can take 4 square blocks out of several neighborhoods in the city and find a 1000x higher crime rate, so your comparison falls on... Nope
