I forgot the periodontal abscess coupled with an ear ache.
Pressure was so bad I was eating meprozine every three hours and addavan.
Watched the same four episodes of futurama for two days with only pee breaks. Never occurred to change the DVD.
Finally couldn't take being locked up in the house anymore, weaned myself off the meds, went to a coheed and Cambria show. Took two meperzine, forgot. Drank a beer. Was blitzed. Stood near the speaker and turned the aching ear toward it. A blown ear drum is supposed to be painful...it was orgasmic bliss. Soon as it ripped...blood and infection began pouring down my neck onto the Polo.
Got thrown out.
Two days later I was fine. Except for the buzzing for the next six months.
Every six months the abscess will reappear and swell slightly, I take the contents of a black teabag, put it in like a dip, and an hour later it's gone. The tannins apparently draw the infection.
Long story short.....ear infection with periodontal abscess is the only thing I've taken meds for.
To the guy withcluster headaches....have you tried maxalt? Works great for migraines. Meditation works the best. Deep breathing and centering yourself... never would have convinced this poor country boy it works... but it's insane what you can do.

I had viral meningitis and the headaches from the lining around my brain swelling. Nothing helped it. The pain made me throw up until there was nothing left and then I just dry heaved. I was hospitalized for a week. During the worst of it, the only word I could say was "bird." I was in CCU and the doctors were asking me questions and I knew the answers but when I tried to say the answer the only thing that would come out was bird.

Kidney stone attack at 4 am one morning. Drove myself to the emergency room. You know how dirty the carpet is in an emergency room? I do. I was chewing on it while in a fetal position. The doc said the staff screwed up by not telling him as he would have given me something for the pain.
Since I did not realize taking large amounts of Vitamin C was causing the stones, I developed another one that lodged in my groin. Saw a urologist one day, he operated 2 days later. Doc goes up your Johnson on a fishing expedition to capture the stone.
That first urination following the surgery...I wish that pain on no one.
