why not extend that sentiment to posters when there are 5-6 replies to just about each 1 of my posts? is it because you are getting triggered by facts not matching up with your view.

because I want to know what is happening with the trial, not read pages of you and anyone else debating if he was murdered or not. Try to keep up or shut up

Little mma/security guy from day one. I think that they played the video/audio from it.

Someone here made a meme within about a minute

oh ok... so all that explicit language was the defense attorney trying to reinforce to the jury (and whatever witness) what the scene was like around the officers

Don't disagree with regard to that statement but your timing is off from when he stopped talking to a level mics picked it up. It wasn't 2 minutes on the pulse for certain.

Within that time after he stopped yelling, he was still moving.

I've said before, the window after the pulse taking and when EMT gets to him is gonna be critical how that is presented.

The case that the knee killed him is going to be very tough given how vocal he was and no apparent change in actions from the officers. He didn't go from breathing to not breathing (because of the knee) unless the officers did something different..which they didn't.

The challenge is going to be their duty to render life saving measures after the pulse and why at that point they didn't release then.

Moving the goal post. All we've heard for a year is, Chauvin killed Floyd with a knee to a neck. Now, that's been proven it didn't happen. So, let's move on to something else. At the end of the day, a very large man, high on drugs, fought a bunch of cops, they restrained him until an ambulance arrived.

Who said that to who

Prosecution on re-direct showed a picture asking if the people standing there holding cameras posed a threat, and the officer said "standing there holding a camera they don't."

Defense then did re-cross and asked if the person being held back yelling profanities at the cop posed a threat, and the officer said yes.

It was in reference to one of the first witnesses, the MMA fighter with the losing record who was "being a professional" while calling Chauvin a "pussy arse bitch."

I don’t remember. I think he just didn’t deny it. Maybe he said he was angry — but before that I think he said he wasn’t angry.

Someone help me out?? That was a week ago.

Are you another one that's not watching the trial? Defense attorney went down this road with the EXPERT PROSECUTION witness. His answer didn't exactly help the prosecution's case.

I just see “AMS,” do a quick downvote and move on without reading. Literally no one with half a brain gives a frick what AMS posts.

I think AMS is one of the members of the Prosecution team. He desperately wants Chauvin convicted, yet makes really shitty arguments as to why he should be convicted.

The jury should have been present when GF's pharmacist's lawyer was trying to weasel out of him trying to testify. someone on CTV just said that it would be taken by the jury as guilt by association if he is that terrified.

BUT, if the jury isn't aware of it it is nothing. Let him plead the 5th but have him do it in front of the jury.

Talking about the training LT making the defense's case.
