blackout drunk
Way back in the day I got really, really drunk in college -like young and stupid
So after 3 or 4 Long Island iced teas and 2 hurricanes - I left the quarter and drove back to Thibodaux (where I was living at the time) - when I got back I passed out on my sofa in the living room - not proud of this at all
Who knows what anyone is capable of with large amounts of alcohol - but it’s going to eventually catch up to the person

Yea, we know you're a giant pro-rapist piece of shite. You've made that clear.

This is crazy. While at LSU my friends noticed 2 guys carrying a drunk girl and were already taking her clothes off. We jumped in immediately. A fight happened, but we got that girl to her friends and safe. 100% the driver KNEW and should be charged. Men should never stand by and watch a girl get abused. That just disgusts me.

blackout drunk to you must mean something different than me, so your opinion means nothing.
Why not just google it instead of posting your dumbass assumption?

Blacking out is a period of alcohol-induced amnesia during which a person actively engages in behaviors like walking or talking but doesn’t remember doing so. This is extremely dangerous as the person may attempt to drive, have unsafe or non-consensual sex, or perform other risky behaviors that can lead to harmful and potentially life-threatening situations.

The news report on this was she was standing in the road.
did the news get that info from the driver of the uber, b/c he's the only person that knows what happened? and sorry if i don't trust the news here in BR, other than Kiran.
and even if she was standing in the road, maybe she was trying to flag the driver down and get him to stop, which would be a very stupid thing to try to do in the middle of the night on a hwy where cars go 60mph.
There's a difference between standing in the road not knowing where you are, and standing in the road trying to get a car to stop. which one was it?
We dont' know, and no one would know this, but maybe she tried stopping 5 cars before that from the side of the road and it didnt' work, so she thought maybe if she got a bit in the road they'd see her a little sooner and actually stop.
and just to make it clear, some of you morons, like empty lunchbox, can't seem to understand that just b/c i'm giving this scenario, doesn't mean i'm trying to defend the defendants. I'm simply pointing out that there are assumptions on both sides of the aisle that can be made. I can't stress enough that i think all 4 boys in that car are pieces of shite.

it's called blackout for a reason. a blackout drunk person isn't walking anywhere, they are falling down and passing out.

well i'll be damned.
I did not know that blackout drunk was an actual medical term. I assumed it was more slang. So my apologies.

Oh frick you
If this was some chick from north br or anywhere besides lsu sorority girl and exact same thing happened you would open your bitch mouth.
That’s what’s wrong with losers like you
You change your narrative based on who’s involved

You know this is a really nice story you told and I bet feel like super man for telling it
Only problem is the deceased wasn’t targeted … from
Everything I read and watched she wanted the guys …….At least the younger one.
She was seeen running to them and willingly got in the car
So y’all really need to stop with the derick Todd lee insinuations
That’s not how this story went.

blackout drunk means you literally cannot function. You can't even stand up on your own when blackout drunk. You aren't driving a car when blackout drunk. If somehow you do get in a car, then you'll 100% crash it, assuming you even figure out how to make it go.
Some of you must have lived some sheltered lives.

explain please?
i've been ridiculously drunk and drove home from Reggies to my apartment in Tigerland, and not even remember driving home. Incredibly stupid, and i was mad at my friends for letting me drive them home b/c they weren't nearly as drunk as i was.
Obviously i was really drunk and from what i just learned "blackout" drunk and was able to drive home.
I just assumed when someone says blackout drunk, they mean passed out and unable to do anything. I was wrong on that assumption.

She went after them - but that doesn’t mean she wasn’t targeted. They could’ve been working her to come with them all night.

Pointless.
Something tells me you have raped a girl or two in the same fashion and you're defending your previous actions. Kind of sad.

Wow!
So now the guys shouldn’t be liable for their actions because they were lying.
What’s next? Are you going to say that the videos that the defense attorneys showed to the judge were just acting since now the videos make them look guilty?

The uncle is one of the weirdest parts of this story. He's 28 years old, hanging out with his nephew and his nephew's high school buddies at a college bar in another town. He then sits in the front seat while his nephew has sex with a girl in the backseat, and stays for the other friend to also have sex with her.
Such an odd scenario. Was he there to film it? Was he going to sell the video? I realize it was very cold that night, and maybe he wanted to stay warm, but it's still strange.

The uncle is a "street pharmacist". They may work together as a group at Reggies and other similar establishments to identify buyers.
Based on allegations, Washington has done this before at Reggies.
But you're right, I suspect the uncle was doing for than just sitting in the front seat. Time will tell.
ETA: every male in that vehicle is a POS, and people knighting up for them in this thread are abhorrent.
