Denham Spgs HOA is conducting mandatory in-home tattoo inspections.

This is trending on Facebook. It’s so outrageous it’s hard to believe.
Just learned that our HOA is conducting mandatory in-home tattoo inspections. Those deemed to have "offensive" tattoos will be given the choice to either cover them up with clothing while outside your home, or visible to people outside through your windows, or have them removed. "Offensive" is at the sole discretion of the HOA board officials. All of whom believe tattoos are evil. This can't be legal!!

I just got off the phone with the elite HOA president Mr. Warner. I had a few questions for him as many of us do. He informed me that because this is now officially in the bylaws, now there will be new issues tabled for a vote
Issue 1 - Inspection frequency quarterly, Bi annually or annually.
Issue 2 - Prescreening for new residents
Issue 3 - Renter compliance restrictions
Issue 4 - Length of time after 18th birthday before inspection.
One of my neighbors has a 17 year old daughter. They told him that because her birthday is within a week of inspections, they will inspect her the day after her birthday. UNREAL!!!
