Many of you are probably familiar with the annual viewing of the Bald Eagles in Decorah IA wherein they lay and then hatch their eggs.

Well, tonight the weather is shite and this poor male Eagle is sitting on 3 eggs while enduring several inches of snow and ice.....feel sorry for the guy.

It's on 28 degrees tonight. The other night I was watching and it was -6 actual temp...with no snow or ice.

Decorah is as far north as Milwaukee and almost as much as Green Bay and Minneapolis. He should have picked a bride with the sense to lay eggs further south.

Na... that's just dedication and what comes natural to them... what do you people think animals go through to survive in the elements? Like..... they go and check into some wilderness hotel when it gets cold out?
