It is sad that even with Trump as president, democratic states and the media have America on a fricking leash.

It is such bull shite that we are not fully open with zero restrictions at this point.

Exactly. I was in Florida which is supposedly engulfed now. Except they more than doubled their testing. Now the numbers of positive did more than double, but it's b.s. now. It wasn't ever the goal to have people NOT get this virus. The goal which we did was to keep the hospitals from being overrun. Remember we were told to expect 1-2 MILLION people dead over this in the US.

Basically what it did was gut the hell out of our nursing homes, which isn't fun and is sad, but hardly the everyone will die panic created by the white coats. NOW, the same people who lied to us again and again about this virus want us to listen to them saying we all must be masked. It doesn't even pass the common sense test. And now we have all the lemmings demanding masks and shutdowns again when the hospitals aren't even half full nor have deaths been out of control.

We need to rip the damn bandaid off and let the chips fall where they fall. It's sad to have traded freedom for a false sense of security against a virus that will turn out we didn't need much security against anyway.

Hospitalizations are actually slowly starting to rise, the question is that due to people hospitalized FOR covid or people in the hospital who then tested positive for covid.
