I have long been a proponent of the death penalty, especially in cases like this one where there is no question of the defendant's guilt.
However, I think that putting this scum in a cell such as the one that you depicted (except take out the TV and the window)for 50-60 years would work. I know I'd rather be dead.

You've already answered.
My argument against the death penalty has been pretty sterile. I don't think our government should be in the business of killing people.
But on a deeper level, I don't see how anybody that claims to follow the teachings of Jesus can reconcile their judgment and blood lust with his teachings.

Again, anytime a jury convicts there is "no question" as to guilt in the eyes of the law. But there are so many cases where that just isn't true. Eye witness testimony is among the most unreliable evidence.

Video evidence is pretty reliable.

Lol @ you're assumptions

I'm not sure what you mean, Paige. What's your position on this?

I'm all for drawing and quartering this asshat.
I just feel like he wants to die anyway. I mean he said that his brother was the lucky one for going meet the durka God first.
I think having this clown sit in solitary for 23hours a day for the rest of his miserable existence would be a much worse sentence...
**on a side note, I don't believe hard earned taxes should be spent on feeding him three times a day. So I guess its the best scenario.

Artie is coming off a little like an SJW bashing people that don't agree with him and making assumptions about them.

I agree. But I'm not talking about one case. I'm talking about a policy. A policy that is known to be flawed. We all know about this case. We don't all know about the guy that spent 26 years on death row based on eye witness testimony and forced confession that was later exonerated based on DNA.
Again, I understand the blood lust. I'm human. But I want my government to be better than my emotion.

He made one assumption about me and he was wrong. Solid batting average. Kill the hateful Chechnyan frick. I celebrate his death penalty.

I hope it'll be televised.

Lock me in a room with this mooj goat fricker for 24 hours and I will kill him slowly on pay per view and give all the money to the people that they hurt.
Posted on 5/15/15 at 9:54 pm to JumpingTheShark
My only assumption was that you claim to be Christian. You are saying you are not a Christian. That reconciles my assumption and your position.

You're a dumbass. See ya.

I'm just talking about this case. I have long been a proponent of the death penalty.
In this case I think a stiffer penalty is locking this scumbag in as small a room as possible with no contact with the outside world; no books; no news papers; no internet; no TV; never seeing natural sunlight again. The only thing he should see is the pictures of the victims he killed which I would have laminated on his walls. Let him live the rest of his natural days like that.
A bullet to the head or lethal injection is too easy.

I haven't bashed anyone, Stout. It's the people on your side calling people pussies. I've made reasoned and logical points.
