I am on cold turkey day #5. They say the first 2 weeks are the hardest. I love reefer, but my health and wallet will benefit greatly from me quitting.

THIS. I personally believe all drugs should be legal and easily attainable. It would drastically reduce crime, fewer people would overdose, "safe places" could be set up for people to use drugs (these actually already exist in some places in the US to reduce ODs). There would be FAR fewer addicts because they wouldn't have to worry about being arrested when they want to ask for help getting clean. Portugal legalized everything in 2001 and the results have been epic. In a good way.

TL;DR Drugs should be made 100% legal for a multitude of reasons.

A read several comments in this thread, even though I already knew what I wanted to type. I came across a great comment that was identical to what I was going to write.

It was my comment. That's when I realized this was an old bump.

Ummmm yeah this is a serious problem right now. We honestly need to clamp down on pot smoking, not only because it makes our society less productive, it also kills Americans every day.

The dea is the most wasteful and corrupt government organization that exists.

Ponder the reality of that statement and then its sad truth.
