Dayton, OH couple films UFO near military base

The woman, who was filming the object on her phone remarks: 'What the f*** is that?', before adding: 'It looks like it's moving with the clouds.'

It is truly a UFO in that it is unidentified, flying, and an object.
Doesn't appear to be moving around much, and considering it's right by an air force base I would highly suspect that it has something that was launched from the air force base.
