These “ church” daycares aren’t regulated by the state neither are home daycares
Home day cared may not be required to be "licensed," but they are definitely "regulated."

Lmao. Yes I do. Again, go tell any Hispanic that they are white and let me know how that goes. But if you are correct, this may work in the long run. So I guess Trump is no longer racist cause ICE is just kicking out a bunch of white people. Awesome! Problem solved.

Hell, I don't even live around any black people.

I live in a country, East Texas town. The road we live on are my wife's people, and other farmers whose families have owned the land for 100+ years. The closest "black neighborhood" is like 20 min away, but the whole town is less than 2k people.

hey, you child raping sodomite. Defend your race or you're complicit, you sick pos! Admit that all white people have a genetic defect which predisposes them to incest and pedophilia, or you're the problem!!!
Nope I’m not the problem at all… anyone black or white or any damn color does shite like this I’d call them out if this was a white woman who did thst to a black child I’d be the first to call for her head.
You see white people dont act like that… we call a spade a spade… even if you’re white.
I’m sorry the black race has a problem but the truth hurts. So go frick yourself.

quote:maybe they are just a bit but we own a daycare we have security cameras in every room. Teachers to child ratios must be met also. We have security doors which you must have a code to get in the main building. The state comes by usually once or twice a month making sure we are up to code. I’m just saying with these home daycares you never know
Home daycares in Louisiana are not typically required to be licensed by the state, but they are subject to certain regulations depending on the number of children cared for and whether the provider participates in certain programs.

This place had security cameras. That's the only reason the parents got the truth. And again, it was not a home day care.
Security doors, ratios, pass codes, monthly inspections...all basic stuff, but none of that stops an abusive employee, or one who just fricking snaps one day (which unfortunately happens in ECE--often after shitty situations they were put in by admin or owners--still NOT an excuse at all). "You never know" anywhere.
I don't live in Louisiana, so I don’t know what the probably-less-than-best-practice regulations are there...
...geez, just saw LA has a 5:1 ratio in infant room. That's not ideal.
