"There were five children in danger, who were found red-faced and in distress, crying with the window barely cracked and the car not running," the magistrate said during Wilson's first court appearance. "That is a very dangerous situation."
A Kroger employee noticed the kids, so she grabbed two of them and rushed inside the store, according to a witness.
"I came across the cop and I saw the Kroger manager running with two kids, one on her arm and another one in a carrier, running, screaming for the officer, 'I just found these two kids in the car with no AC on,'" the witness said.

Jasmine, who didn't want to show her face on camera, said an associate then screamed for help and said the suspect claimed the children were hers and the AC was on in the car.
"The manager kept insisting it wasn’t on, the babies were sweating," Jasmine said. "I’m happy because it could’ve been worse, so I’m really glad the manager took action and she took those babies out." It's not clear how long the children were in the car or whether it was locked.
Temperatures were near triple digits on Friday.
POS of shite woman. She shouldn’t have the left them in the car alone but the least she could have done was left it running with the AC on.

would not be even remotely surprised if the mother of the dead children has been friends with Domonique since before they were born.
There are no "dead children" in this story. The kids didn't die.

Texas may not be liberal. But Houston. You dont think a lot of judges there aren't liberal?

We're at $425/week with notice of an increase coming. Thank God it gets directly withdrawn from my paycheck so I don't have to actually physically hand it over.
I'll need to consult the wife, but I think that one's actually increased to $250/week already it's nuts out there

Love reading this shite when I'm five months from being a dad.
This shite right here is why my wife refuses to let my kids put our grandchildren in day care. I have 4 grandkids and they all get dropped off at my house every weekday morning. I drop the oldest off at school on my way to work and the other 3 go to work with my wife.

Back in the 70s, it was very common for parents to leave their kids in the car while shopping even in the hot arse Delta. No AC, but the windows were down.
