Gyms and Dave and Busters. They build those in YOUR neighborhoods, not theirs.

Lol, I live downtown in a metropolis. There's a whole bunch of shite squished togeather that makes no sense. There are many 10-20 million dollar homes within 2-3 blocks of this place.
