Only because he no longer has a badge.

He just pumped five bullets into an unarmed man laying face down in the street.

People who secretly record private conversations are punk arse bitches. Scum.

This is a little different than the trash who recorded Donald Sterling just to ruin his reputation, this is a woman who recorded a conversation while trying to get justice for her husband who was murdered. If you cant see the difference you are scum.

Did the officer accidently pull the trigger five times?
what if he shot once? Would the officer be more noble. If not, why do you mention the number of shots?

You're OK with the public not watching a video of a tax funded public servant
see, your whiny entitlement is showing.

This is a case that involves a man losing his life and a man that could spend a ton of time in jail. I think the only ones that need to see it are those deciding the case, if not it is left to the dramatic minds of the audience, such as

quote:

a video of a tax funded public servant killing a man crawling on his stomach begging for his life
See, you have painted this in your mind without a video, what if in the act of crawling and begging he was also actively reaching for a weapon? Would he be crawling? Yes Would he be begging? Yes. Would the shooting be potentially justified if he was reaching? Yes.

I stand behind my assumption that the general public and potential jurors are too dumb to show the video without explanation for this guy to get a fair trial.
