Even Natchez Trace is shitty through Jackson between 55 and 20

Soils with sensitive clays. The high shrink/swell soils are brutal.

I’ve posted this on here before but I drive an ambulance on the streets of Jackson. I could take you to 20 streets you’ve never heard of that are worse than the surface streets. Also 1-20 between Gallatin and 18 are awful and throw my medic and patient going the speed limit.

Turn west on Mays street off south state. About 200 yards down the street is the biggest pothole known to mankind. Until you have bottomed out on it and tried to drive out the other side you have never experienced hell. I feel for the folks who must do it every day. Jackson has so many streets that are beyond repair. Mayor uses his I don’t give a shite program in an attempt to get a billion dollars infrastructure repair money from Uncle Sam,
