Almost all of what we're getting in Katy/Fulshear is proper Africans. I'm not saying they're moving in faster than Indians, but for sure more Nigerians, etc., than the liberal sort. If they could just tackle the traffic circles a little bit better

It's still growing at a much quicker rate than most other metro areas.
And the Atlanta metro didn’t start It's population explosion until the mid 90's. It coincided with the Olympics.

They aren't just in Appalachia. There is just a higher concentration there then anywhere else just due to the abject poverty and yes, with my family being from there I have seen it firsthand. Go to any rural area of the south and they are there. Hell, Florida is inundated with them. .

The poor whites don't move in, more often than not, they've been in the same neighborhood/town for generations, coupled with meth use/illegal drug of choice, lack of education, etc, it's a continuous cycle and the neighborhoods are already beyond repair. You see this a lot in towns in Appalachia and the rural south.

I'll cede that point but if you think poor whites don't commit violent crime you're kidding yourself. It's a pattern and a problem amongst the poor across both races.

I’ve seen a change in Atlanta over the last 3 or 4 years. I used to absolutely detest the place. Still a massive shite hole in a lot of places, but I can see the good spots are growing rather than shrinking.
That said, we’re due for a good shootout at the Lenox Mall though.

duncanville, cedar hill, desoto, lancaster have been black majority for several years. the push is red oak now. schools were 97 percent white in mid 90’s, now they are 12 percent white in red oak. lots of new construction, of which 75 percent are rentals. houses rent for $2600-$3600 a month. you have 2-3-4 families living in one house.
