For those that followed this on here:
The two kids, Cody and Emma, are back with the mother and the dad of the other 3 is also trying to get custody of the other 3 boys.
Also, the PoS Dad/Stepdad is charged with abuse in a civil suit.

Alleging abuse and a protective order. Probably trying to get a restraining order or something I would guess. Probably another step by the mother's attorney to get sole custody as she only has emergency custody pending further investigation.
