Cyclists/Mountain Bikers, what kind of saddle do you have?

I have a Selle Italia Max SLR on my road bike. It's great, but I'm looking to replace the stock saddle on my mountain bike. Any recs?

I ended up sticking with Selle Italia. Mine on the road bike is fantastic, so I just got the same thing for the mountain as it's a pretty versatile saddle.
