I do too. But I try to limit myself and not make a big habit of eating this way.

But since I hate tobacco smoke, what I've seen it do to my family members, how it makes me feel sick to be around it in any form, and look at the statistical evidence of its potential link to all kinds of really serious diseases, it's easy for me to simply avoid it wherever and whenever I can. I do truly feel for lifelong smokers, especially for the ones who really do want to quit but are hooked and struggling. It's got to be very hard for them. My dad managed to quit before he died. My mom and stepdad both smoked until the bitter end. My stepdad died of esophageal cancer, and as I've said, my mom of COPD complications. My dad died of heart disease;I'm sure his years and years of chain smoking contributed in some way.

This has been fun, but I really have to go. I live in eastern time and it's time to start dinner preps. Having boudin stuffed bell peppers tonight, another biggie for the heart. But it tastes really good! So I guess we all make exceptions...
