Need a place that can install a new stereo and speakers in an old Range Rover. Apparently there's not a reputable place in Shreve/Bossier since old man Wright commited all those felonies and got thrown in the clink.

I find myself in BR often so if any gentlemen here can recommend a custom audio place besides Best Buy, I'll be much obliged.

Make the trip out to Anything Car Audio. Worth the drive, they do a lot of custom fiberglass and interior work. I've seen a demo car they did the interior on, first Gen Camaro with a full 2012 dash and interior. Looked flawless. Don't just go to anyone, it's easy as frick to get certified and a LOT of shops cut a LOT of corners...

It's actually in Kenner. It's worth the drive. You need to avoid Mikes. I had them put a radio in my old truck when I first started driving and before I started doing it all myself, when I went to redo my system they had twist tied every connection and made the harness a huge clusterfrick and a pain in the arse for me to sort out.

Edit: there's a place in Lafayette my uncle swears by. I'll text him and try to get the name. They've done a few of his past trucks and always done a very great job.

It's a pretty easy job to do yourself. There are hundreds of YouTube videos showing how, I'm sure. You need to pick you DIY battles in an old Range Rover (p38 or classic?) and that seems like a good place to save a lot of money.

I second Sound Advice. Ask for Rick. Tell him his ER doctor friend sent you.

Awesome. I'm casually in the market for the right SWB Classic. Thankfully for my bank account they're super hard to find in good shape.

Wrights was hardly the best in Shreveport.

Have you tried Audio Edge on Benton/80?

I had David's do the install on my LR Discovery back in college. Did a solid job with some custom fabrications for the Focal speakers and Audison amps. That was 13 years ago though, so I have no idea if they are still good. They used to carry very high end brands.
