My scores so far
14.1 - 265
14.2- 83
14.3 132
14.4- 182
This last one, I had muscle ups fine but I felt all pukie after toes 2 bar. Always happens to me. After I do that movement I feel like I am going to puke and I can't push through.
I do feel happy though, after the workout I did a set of 3x5 20LB weighted MUs (singles but immediately back on rings)
I lost about 10 pounds in the past month and a half and my muscle ups are getting ridiculous. I am almost at a strict bar muscle up

Never done crossfit before. I went to the open this past weekend and got to the muscle ups. I'm not at the level of a muscle up yet so I stopped there. Complete muscle failure. Bad form on toes 2 bars wrecked me.

Only been doing crossfit a year. The open has opened my eyes to a lot of movements I need to work on before/ after class or during open gym
14.1 - 72 first time ever getting a double under
14.2 - 10 OHS squatted 65# for the first time couldn't get a chest to bar pull up
14.3 - 93 got to my goal of 185# DL
14.4 - 60 got really close on my toes to bar but never connected
Thinking 14.5 will have some burpees and thrusters.

I got 17 something. Hard moving 220 pounds down and then over the bar. I only broke up 2 sets of the thrusters and mostly just to catch my breath.
I am going to do it again Monday. I did Amanda yesterday + land row 500 + 10 hclean 135# my legs weren't super fresh along with shoulders.

I did a bench press workout after so my shoulders are still smoked. If they are healed by tomorrow, I think I am going to redo 14.5 I want to get in the 15minute range from 17
