I had bats one time that came in my vent screen on the outside of my house. They were technically not in my attic but against the screen so it was still a mess.

I built a bat house and mounted it in my yard. I wanted the bats because I had ZERO mosquitos. Those things eat their weight in mosquitos every night. Once you get them evicted, put up a bat house and you can have all the benefits with none of the hassle.

Also, bat guano is the best fertilizer that there is.
