You mean you walked into 3 or 4 walls?
At a 1:26 pace :
I couldn't run it this morning but if have been shooting for a 48min time... Probably finish right under 50 with the crowds

The extra foot of black standing a foot above the sea of white always stands out

I did 1:20 with no training and my first classic. Time to get wasted!

I haven't jogged or ran over 1 mile since the last time i did the classic, which was 3 years ago. Sure i wasn't sure where i stood.

That box of yours needs to get you some running incorporated Sons

Always find it easier to run the CCC then the training runs leading up to it. Must be a pack mentality thing. Always some cool/interesting sights along the route as well.

we do but its usually only 400m or 800m intervals

Yeah I know. I've done it with my lil bro.... He runs everyday after their workout tho....
Dude is a beast when it comes to distance running and kills his box. Just finished 3rd is some decent sized 26 miler

Oooof. I could probably swing 8min/mile.
7:15 might be tough.

I can keep a 7:30 pace for about 10 miles and then I'm done.. I dont ever run though. If I was to train at all I'd be 7:15 I'm sure before long

Wasn't out there. Couldn't do it today

Not only did the regular walkers who started at the front piss me off even the semi decent runners need to learn a water table is not a place to stop. Get your water(even though you shouldnt really need water for a 10k) and move on. I ran through more people who stopped for no apparent reason at the water stops.
