Road signs says ozark and new hope road that is just off sugarloaf HWY in lawrenceville GA, Gwinnett County. If that is not the then the same exact thing happened near the place I refer to. I guess there is moer than 1 crazy women driving around.

The highway sign was for NC route 7. The state route symbols in NC are diamonds, whereas in Georgia, the state routes show an outline of the state. Plus there was a passing school bus that said "North Carolina Public Schools" on it.

I was wondering the same thing. I saw an old lady do this at Target over the holidays in Metairie. There was so much water in the parking lot that a couple cars were flooded.
