Cox Contour Question. Anyone have it?

I got the contour record 6 DVR, and I was told by the guy who installed it at my house, that I would be able to watch the shows I have on my DVR from my Ipad via the app. I can't and cannot find where I would even come close to being able to. Has anyone heard of this feature?

Not sure about watching on the app, I just got it and am still learning.
One of my first major gripes is that one the smaller client boxes in order to rewind live tv you have to pause it first, then it loads, then you hit rewind. And it is very laggy and doesn't stop right when you hit play. Very frustrating.

Bro I think you got lied to.
I know that feature has been talked about and you can watch live TV on the Ipad with Contour as long as you are on your WiFi network connected to Cox.....but I don't think the feature to watch recorded shows like that exists yet...unless I'm mistaken. I haven't looked at the Contour app in a long time....it is pretty useless TBH. I wouldn't have Contour now if they wouldn't have gave it to me for free basically.
