Can visitors to the office or clients, etc. see the poster if the were just walking by?

I have an acutal office, but the walls of the cubicles where I work are pretty high and you can't see over them if you're just walking down the row. Based on the pic, it looks like ya'll have the same deal.

I'd say as long as it can't be easily seen and isn't on the wall that you see if you walk past the opening, he should be good. That's if he doesn't have clients coming in and out of his cube all the time. You also have to be weary of female co-workers seeing it, there are some bitches out there who are liable to call it sexual harrasment.
