There was a couple like this in an apartment complex in Dallas that I lived in when I was in my late 20's. The girl was 250+ and worked 50 hours plus at a local hospital while the guy just stayed home all the time. The guy was nice and always wanted to play Playstation with me but was super lazy when it came to work.
