Kindergartners. Just a little smack and most of them will fall down crying. Old folks will fall over with a broken hip and still try to trip you up with their canes, cans of mace, etc.

Depends on the old folks. My dad is 80 and was still getting sets with 185 8-10 times on bench before the quarantine and walking 4-5 miles on the TM daily. Moves like a guy in his 50s. Amazing what 55 years of consistency in working out/not getting fat will do for you over the years. I’m sure as hell not taking on 10 of him

My son is in first grade and you can toss the little ones with ease but godamn they just keep coming.

I’d take out way more kids than old people but the kids would do more damage when they eventually get me.
