always step on not over logs too. I was in Boy Scouts and our troop leader. (Kid from Brother Martin, forgot his name) stepped over the log and onto a rattle snake. We were six miles from the cars.
Had to take him three miles to a road, flag down help, then walk nearly eight miles the other way back to the vans.
