in state tuition is about $3500 per semester to LSU, Tech around $3200, Grambling $3700 (LOL), UNO $3600.

Correct. College is not overpriced. The tax paying pubic shouldn't cover your student loans because you recieved a degree from a private college no one has ever heard of.
