Coronavirus testing

What am I missing on the emphasis of testing? If someone tests negative today but they continue to be around other people, wouldn't they need to be tested again? Just seems like you would have to test every day to always know if you have it.

Nobody is catching coronavirus anymore. That was a March and April thing. Further testing is pointless. Sure, they’ll be the few cases here and there but you won’t know any of those people. For those on this board it’s over.

We have Around 300 cases a day in Louisiana.

It's the perpetual moving goalpost of the Dems to keep states shutdown. First it was shut down to slow the curve, now it's keep closed until we reach some number of tests daily that is practically impossible to accomplish
