Armstrong just said they recovered less than 2 grams of pot... said it would've been just a misdemeanor citation and the suspect would not have even been transported to jail

Well, they'll be replacing a door and some windows then...
Oh and paying a medical bill...
They took someone from that location this morning or someone was lying on the radio.

So, would being released be best for this guy? The pissed off murderer whose life is now over may want to chat with his buddy. frick all that, lock me up for a few nights

If I were the police, I would probably be looking for a good boy who was preparing to go to community college.

That sounds more like a solution than a problem.

Hopefully, the cops will take care of this thug. No courts or lawyers necessary.

Cop got what was coming to him for shooting dogs and black men with their hands up. <- Yeah, that's sarcasm.

A close friend was selected to serve on a Jury for a 2nd Degree murder trial in Memphis. Jurors were sequestered and an hour prior to the trial starting the Judge came in and dismissed the jury.
Evidently the case was heavily based on eye witness testimony and the individual in question was a well known gang leader and everybody who was supposed to testify backed out. They had no case so they had to release the guy.
Judge told the jury the guy was charged with killing a rival gang member and would be dead by midnight once they put him on the streets.
