You are not intelligent enough to be involved in a semi-intelligent conversation.

Not a fight.
Drunk, resisting but not fighting. I don't see how anyone can watch that video and believe there was a fight. In fact, it was fairly boring for most of it.
Have you ever seen a Brazilian jujitsu fight? The moments before this "totally uncalled for, malicious knee to the head" looked just like that. They aappear boring, but that doesn't mean there isn't a fight for leverage or an upper hand. That was most definitely a fight. And as soon as the drunk got the upper hand, he escalated the fight.
Had the position change of the cop worked and he got the guy cuffed, everyone would be alive. The drunk's actions, including his initial assault (the one most of you ignore when arguing how nonviolent the guy was) caused all of this. Arguing about that "malicious knee to the head" is beyond irrelevant. You say the knee caused the guy to get physical (bullshite), but the resistance caused the "knee" and so on until we get to the drunk beating a citizen.

Yeah, what YOU said. I don't know if we have interacted before but I like you. You need anything, let me know.

Spinning the broken record, but if he complies and does not aggressively resist, then the cop does not have to make an unfortunate split second decision.
I will be the first to agree that cops go too far sometimes and like others have seen some brutality that was not called for.
Did the cop make a mistake by kneeing the guy in the head? Maybe. Maybe he realized back up is x amount of time away and I may not be able to outpower this guy. He has resisted numerous times so Ill use force to put him down and cuff him, wait for back up.
Then suddenly his head is on the concrete getting pounded and its either his life or the suspect/criminal. Split second decision is made and it is sad a life was lost.
We can all speculate, but if you dont get drunk, start fights in the street, resist arrest multiple times(2 crimes committed so far) and then punch a cop (3rd crime), then you may not be in a position to be shot.
