"Fred has gotten very personal about me."

Personal?! You killed his son! Fred has just been vicious towards me. He has been out of control.

So conviction by court of law defines a murderer

So orenthal james Simpson is not a murderer, in your view

Heck. Gary plauche is not a murderer either

So being convicted of 7 counts of first degree murder is not a murderer, in your view?

Tell me again about his conviction for conspiracy, and not murder.

Manson convinced others to do his bidding.

Manson did not commit the murderous acts, to my knowledge

A similar comparison would be your presumed belief that jim jones murdered all those people for drinking the poisoned kool-aid

I think you can consider ordering a murder and having some control over the killers an act of murder.

You are correct on both counts.

No, that's a ridiculous presumption and wouldn't be a similar comparison. Jim Jones wasn't convicted of murder (7 counts) and sentenced to death by a jury.

Manson is a murderer.

He is not jailed on charges of conspiracy. No matter how many times you say it.

That has nothing to do with Charles Manson being a murderer?

Was Manson convicted of Conpiracy, and not murder?

I think you can actually write to him and have him write back. I saw on al.com students from UA wrote to him and they posted several of his responses.

Would pretty easily be Ted Bundy. Always described as charamatic and very smart. Then you add in how batshit crazy he was and that would make a great conversation.

Has everything to do with your definition of a murderer as one who is convicted of murder

Manson was convicted of murder. Manson did not kill those people.

No, I never said that was the only definition of murder. That was you trying to weasel out of stating he was jailed for conspiracy, not me.

If the OP was worded "killed those people", you would have a point. The OP states "Conversation with a murderer..."

Manson is a murderer. He is convicted of first degree murder. Not conspiracy.

This isn't rocket science.

charles manson was never charged with murder but it is thought that he killed a vagabond ranch hand at their hideout in California.
