echnology will predict how much YOU are willing to pay for a Big Mac meal
How can it determine this? The only thing I can think of that can be used to determine this is what a person paid for their last meal and even then it can only estimate what a person bought unless it is fed data that items out everyone's purchases so if they lower their prices then use that as a baseline, the most you are willing to pay will be the most you have paid for it.

True, and good luck waited on at the McDonald's near West Lee on Burbank, if you didn't order using the app.

AI will have access to your digital footprint. AI will know everything there is to know about you.

Most fast food seems to have adopted a 2 tier pricing system. One via app and one via in-store ordering. I think they thought that price-conscious people would use the app, and those who were less price-conscious would not balk at the in-store pricing. It seems that may have run out of time.
Which cracks me up because the line of construction/blue collar workers at McDonalds every day are far less likely in my mind to want to use a fricking app.
My wife is the furthest thing in the world from a blue collar worker and she LOVES to use apps at places

The sausage egg mcmuffin combo is $4 on the app.
That and the fries is all I eat there anyway.
