Congregating on a large scale is a bad thing.

Mega schools, prisons, churches, businesses, and cities are bad for humans.

Large swaths of people drive up pricing for everything. Bring sickness, and equate to a lower standard of living.

The problem is people like exchanging assets and its easier to do so when you live close.

Heavily populated areas are centers for economic growth and innovation. Prices are higher but typically incomes are higher also. And this isn’t the 1800s so no one is dying of scarlet fever in cities anymore.

I prefer suburbs or rural areas, but that’s just my preference. Doesn’t mean that there’s something wrong with cities.
