This is where liberals have it right. Blacks are a subpar race as a whole. They make a mess of every level of society no mater where they are located in the world. The only difference is that liberals are audacious enough to back programs that eliminate them.
The amount of capital that they drain from our economy alone is mind blowing. That's not even getting into crime statistics, high rates of single parent households, and their failure in education.

There are probably thousands of counties that make your point. I imagine Wyoming has a higher arrest rate.

I'm just playing semantics. There are probably counties in those places where the black population is 0, so whites will likely have a higher arrest record.

Leads to poor income.
Leads to poor education.
Leads to high crime.
Leads to blacks getting control of local govt.
Leads to tax income problems for local govt.
Leads to collapse of education in a city.
Leads to collapse in job market in a city.
Leads to collapse in infrastructure in city.
This leads to the state trying and failing to do something about it. Then the federal govt trying and failing to do something about it.
Then some elite liberal writes a piece like this. They don't know because they've never lived among them like most of us in the south do. Then they write some article that all but spells the problem out and are too blind to see that the problem is not with the cops who are trying to conquer an impossible task.

What you are writing about is the cycle of poverty. The solution is to break that cycle, keeping people impoverished on government assistance doesn't break the cycle.
