Compaction Test for dirt pad

Since I probably wont get an answer until Monday maybe someone here knows. I just recieved email from company that did my compaction test for dirt pad for our house. The paperwork gave 3 values for the 3 spots tested. 99.8, 95.7 and 92.5. So one is failing, do 2 out of 3 mean a passed test or is an average of the 3 used?

I don't remember 100% but I think as long as the average is passing you're good

What was the compaction recommend by the engineer? If it was 95% standard density you should be fine.

Use a post-tension slab on top of it and you’ll be fine.

I am going through Manuel Builders and yes they require 95% standard density. It is also a post tension slab. Thanks sounds like everyone has similar opinion.
