Trying to start a post for all of us in this area to share information and experiences. Also, to help each other out.

I'm off Clear Lake City BLVD and I45. No flooding yet in my neighborhood, miraculously.

Change the name to Coastal/SE Texas. South Texas is the valley...

I'm in east Pearland just south of Scarsdale.
Our street is about 3.5' deep at the end, but it hasn't gotten higher than my back tire so far.
Still have power, miraculously.

South Texas is pretty much South of San Antone.

And yet Houston is never, ever considered South Texas.

Let's hope you don't have to use your raft building skills.

I'm in Webster. 45 and El Dorado. Pipers Meadow to be more precise.

No flooding. Saturday night got interesting but no water in the house. Still have power.

I have friends in Laporte and bay area at 518 that I haven't heard from since last night.

Katy:
Parts of Cinco Ranch are flooding now, I've been told.

King Lakes subdivision took water.

Falcon Landing from Westheiner to Gaston is impassable I've been told, the cops blocked it off.

Grand Pkwy is impassable. has flooding at Fry, Westheimer, Cinco Ranch exits.

This is what I've been told by people there. I was smart enough to evacuate last week.

The Kroger at Gaston/Falcon Landing IS open. I think it's the only open store in the area.

I've been told I-10 is flooded near Sealy, so can't enter the area from the west.

Also I've seen crazy video of Hwy 90 in old Katy, it's way flooded.

I know parts of Pearland were under evacuation orders earlier so I wouldn't count on it.
