There is 0 excuse for not racking your weight. Man enough to put it on, you're man enough to pull it off. Not everyone using the equipment after you is as strong as you...I had to help some tooth-pick sized 50 something year old lady pull a couple of plates off a barbell once; she almost killed herself trying to take them off bc some douche didn't rack his weights.

Was this at the LSU Urec? I assume not because you do realize majority of the Urec is college student's meaning none of them care about racking their weights as to just looking good or some stupid reason young kids workout for. I workout at the Urec weekly and I honestly see way to many unrack their weights but calling out one guy is absurd I mean really? I feel bad for the urec workers I've talked with them and they get annoyed with people in general for not racking their weights.

You think 70% of people in the UREC don't rack their weights? Not even close.

The most common I see are people leaving 45's on the bench presses and that is fine with me because if you can't lift 135 you need to be on a machine.

I assume you are either trolling or drunk because 135 should not be a baseline for anything. There are older men and woman who workout and can not bench that much so that does not mean they should use machines.... You are obviously probably one of the idiots who don't rack their weights.

You're right there are older men and women who can't bench that much. I also can't ever tell you a time when I saw some older man or woman on the bench press at the LSU UREC.

I assume you go really late because I see plenty mainly men workout on the bench and less women more so sorority girls who obviously can not do 135 without a powerlifting background. I also do not know if you know that weight training is more beneficial than machines so yea... the if you can't bench 135 you belong on the machines is a stupid reason... Everyone uses the bench not just people who can do more than 135 if that was the case powerlifters would just leave 3-5plates on then all of us would be on the machines

I have NEVER seen a sorority girl on a weight bench at the UREC unless they are working out with their boyfriend/spotter. I have, however, seen power lifting girls on the bench not lifting 135.

I'm just going to call you a pussy and tell you to stay on the machines. I re-rack my weights but like I said, have no problem if people leave 45's on the bench.

People at the UREC actually do pretty good about reracking their weight. You will have people who leave a plate on the bench, but overall its not bad.

If you want to see bad, go to a military base. The gym on Fort Benning was fricking terrible. People got 6 different weights, used each once, then never reracked. The few that did never put them back in the right spot. The UREC is 1000 times better than out there.

It was not at the UREC, but that is completely irrelevant. If you put weight on, you should take it off. Period. I also did not call out one guy, I was speaking generally.

On nights after going out, I've been known to piss on door handles of cars that are parked in handicap spots without a tag

I see plenty of people in general who workout especially on "National Bench day" known as monday and none of them can do 135 or if they try they get stuck. As long as you rack your weights then it isn't a big deal than just an opinion. Just pointing out that anyone can use any equipment at the gym and there should be no baseline and if they can not do the weight then they are not a "pussy" especially not knowing their background.

I see that you don't know how steroids work.

Are you sure you work out at the UREC? You talk about people getting stuck trying 135 on the bench like it's a common occurrence.

I've seen him and I've often wondered what his deal is, but he seems to have good a relationship with other regulars there. I always figured he was some ex football player who didnt cut the pros and just hangs out in br

As for the dicking around thing, he was always tossing around serious weights from my time there. There are far worse offenders in the UREC. Plenty of kids sitting on a machine or bench texting instead of doing shite.

Yes I do workout at the UREC unless I'm on the wrong campus and LSU UREC stands for something else? It is not common but just pointing out there are enough people who can not bench or struggle with 135lbs that having them just workout on machines is pointless. Everyone has to start somewhere to get to a certain point....

If that's the actual reason for the car and sunglasses then I'll give him a pass for that

If he lifts heavy weight then I wouldn't think the migraines are all that bad. In any case, having migraines doesn't mean he deserves a HC spot. The sunglasses don't hinder his walking.

I don't know him well enough to know how he has a HC parking tag or why he wears glasses but if he does cause he gets bad migraines i'm sure that may effect driving or walking in some sort but none of us are doctors so we don't know specifics.....
