This is the right answer and they have a lifetime warranty on all of their cigar accessories. I have 2 Xikar lighters and both perform as if they were brand new. One has to be at least 10yrs old.

I purchased a generic one that shoots like a little flamethrower on high. It’s cheap so if I loose it its no big deal.
