I have suffered from chronic kidney stones for about 15 years (since my early 20's). I have been to two different specialist, and nothing works. I don't drink sodas, or a lot of coffee. But they form none the less, average 6mm in size. The OT is the river of knowledge, so just wanted to get your guys take and any legit advice you may have.

Thanks in advance

Drink a cup of lemon juice every day.
Preferably right before bed.

Limit your dairy.

1. You can melt them by eating asparagus that was cooked 15 minutes in old recipe coca cola. Drink the remaining coke.

2. Ask what they are made of.
It should be on a report.
Post about it in detail.
There are a few ways to go.
Aryuvedic would be a start once you know what they are made of.

I guarantee coke boiled asparagus.

I get them too. They used to put you on all kinds of diets to try to prevent them....but nothing really works. I think it is about 90 percent genetic.

Hate to tell you but if you ever form a stone, the likelihood of forming another at some point is 70-80% based on current literature.

As mine are calcium based I dramatically reduced dairy and increased water intake. I'm also taking a variant of vitamin K. (K2)
It allegedly reduces blood level calcium and directs it to bone growth and repair.
