Mine was 24% last year. 10% was the lowest in the 13 years I've been at this company.

Really? I never got less than 10%, this year would have been 22% but I left and took a job at a plant.
For the plant it depends on your level. All salary gets a guarantee of 8% directly in 401k. Then quarterly bonuses which start at 8% of salary.
Level 1-2 starts with year end bonus at 5%. But level 3 jumps to 19% year end to start and level 4 starts at 29% year end. Level 4 gets stock options too.
