Well said. It's easy to say that yelling in someone's face isn't a crime (and I agree 100%), but when you're aggressive and get that close to someone, they have legitimate reason to believe that you mean them physical harm.

In any other scenario, you get in a cops face and curse at him, you'll be arrested with the quickness. Why is this any different?
