Best advice I've heard is to go ahead and rent the vehicle, because the prices only go up. I know with Enterprise you can cancel anytime because they don't have your CC.

Rented a Chrysler 300 for $25 a day for 3days this past week. I was pretty happy and surprisingly nice car

Google corporate codes and book online. They have some good ones and they never ask to verify

My buddy has been using IBM for 10 years and gets most stuff under $30
