I only deal with local or regional banks. I find I get much better service.
I’ve had to change banks twice because my local banks were bought out once by Capital One and the other by Chase. I didn’t like there policies. Capital One started taking money from my sons account because he was below the minimum which I believe was $500. He was about 6 years old at the time. I use to put his birthday money in the account. I noticed it the second month. I went and spoke to the manager. Discovered all the banks poliies and pulled out all my money and transferred to a local bank.
I did the same with another bank I had an account with as soon as I heard Chase was buying it out.

Well of course they are. It doesn't matter where the problems arise from, if you have one, big banks are a pain.

Chase most definitely doesn't suck. It's fricking excellent. You sound you little pussy arse baby back bitch. Downvote your arse.

Yea I used to hate Chase for that overdraft shite years ago but the Feds nipped all big banks' asses for that practice.

Since 2013 or so, Chase has been fantastic. The electronic banking is top notch(transfer funds/linking external accounts, pay bills, deposit check pics, transaction searching, and now Zelle is built into Chase Quickpay and is instant compared to venmo/paypal).

I literally can do all this with my community bank. The difference? They know me by name and care about me.
